Häringe & Hammersta

Haringe Dji 0066a

Häringe and Hammersta are made up of two half islands that protrude out into the sea in Stockholm’s southern archipelago.

Here you can enjoy a well-kept agricultural landscape and nature that is perfect for hiking and bike riding. There are ancient remains, hiking trails and rocky shores to swim from. Häringenäs has a couple of nice viewpoints and Häringe slott has both accommodation and a restaurant.

Regarding the nature reserve

Häringe-Hammersta is a nature reserve managed by the Archipelago Foundation.

You can read all about the rules for nature reserves at the County Administrative Board.
