The nature reserve of Käringboda is an outdoor recreational area with a well-preserved archipelago environment, located at Södertörn, west of Nynäshamn. You can get here easily by private boat, car, or bus.

Käringboda offers a diverse nature with forests, mountains, and pastures. Here you can swim, paddle or go bike riding. If you wish to go hiking, there are marked paths and trails with varied difficulty. 

Regarding the nature reserve

Käringboda is a nature reserve managed by the Archipelago Foundation. You can read all about the rules for nature reserves at the County Administrative Board.
